1. Where are the High Tea events located?

Our High Tea events are located at the picturesque Gidgee Estate Glasshouse and grounds, Temora.

2. Is there parking?

Yes, there is plenty of parking for guests!

3. What is the cost of the experience?

$160 pp - Once you've inquired about the event, Dimi will send you an email containing all the details regarding package inclusions and costs, allowing you to proceed from there.

4. What is your service radius?

We only service Temora. The event is held at the beautiful Gidgee Estate.

5. What days are you available?

We accommodate events on Saturdays and Sundays to provide flexibility and availability for your scheduling needs. High Teas run from 11 am to 1.30 pm or 2pm-4.30pm and are 2.5 hour packages. This gives you time to connect, enjoy your event and explore the gardens of Gidgee.

6. What times are available for booking?

Currently, we offer two time slot per day: 11 am to 1.30 pm. Packages are 2.5 hours, providing ample time to enjoy your event and explore the gardens of Gidgee.

7. Do you cater for gluten-free (GF) and dairy-free (DF) dietary preferences?

We do our best to cater for GF & DF options. However, please be aware that our food may contain traces of nuts and other allergens, and we are unable to cater to those specific needs due to the menu. Please let Dimi know your dietary needs so she can alter the menu if needed and if she can.

8. How is the event styled, and can we customise the colours and flowers?

Dimi will consult with you to understand the purpose of your event and inquire about your preferred colour scheme. Using this information, she will personalise the styling, incorporating in-season flowers from Gidgee Estate and stunning linens from her collection to perfectly complement the theme of your event.

9. Is your menu consistent, or does it change?

The menu is dynamic and may undergo changes based on seasons, trends, and the introduction of new flavours. Dimi enjoys experimenting with new recipes and treats, so you can always anticipate delightful options on the menu!

10. Can we order a cake if its for a special occasion? And can we select the cake flavour?

Absolutely! You have the option to choose from the delicious cake flavours to suit your preferences and dietary needs. The cake comes at an additional cost.

11.Can we BYO?

This event is not BYO. Alcohol will be served responsibly, adhering to strict guidelines in line with our venue's policies.

12. What if we have more than 12 guests?

We only cater for up to 12 guests due to the size of the glasshouse. However, for larger groups exceeding 12 guests, kindly reach out to Dimi to discuss and organise alternative arrangements that suit your needs.

13. How does the payment process work?

To secure your booking, you must pay the full amount at the time of booking.

14. What is the cancellation policy?

In the event of a cancellation, please notify us as soon as possible, with a minimum of 3 weeks’ notice before the scheduled event for a full refund or rescheduling to a new date. Cancellations made after the 7-day window will incur a 50% deposit fee. If you have paid in full, a 50% refund of your booking payment will be processed.

15. What happens if it rains?

We understand that weather plays a crucial role in these events. Although the Glasshouse is a covered space ,heavy rain can impact the experience. Therefore, we are flexible in arranging another date that suits everyone.

16. What happens with the leftover food and flowers?

Takeaway boxes will be provided for any leftover food and treats, allowing you to enjoy them at your leisure. Additionally, twine will be supplied for you to divide and take home the beautiful fresh flowers on your table. Please be aware that only the flowers may be taken, not the vases.

17. Do we get a discount on the Inspired Table collection?

Indeed, you'll receive a special 25% discount code card that you can use on the Inspired Table website to purchase as many products as you desire. This code is valid for one-time use per person and must be redeemed within one month of your event.

18. Do you have qualifications in food handling?

Dimi has her food safety supervisor certificate and RSA certificate to ensure all catering and food is safe for consumption and enjoyment.

19. Can we purchase flowers from Gidgee Estate?

Yes, you can purchase flowers from Gidgee Estate to take home on the day of your event. Just let us know in advance so Kathy can have the bunches organised for you before you leave the event.

20. Does Gidgee offer any floral experiences?

Gidgee is in the process of creating delightful floral experiences that you can add to your High Tea for those extra special events!

21.Do you cater for underage?

Yes we can cater for underage groups aged from 16-17.

22.What is the best way to contact you?

All bookings must go through Dimi. Please submit the form on this website for all enquiries.
