From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel it. That sense of excitement, inspiration and joy, like your cup is already overflowing.
You’ll be welcomed to a stunning venue with beautiful local Riverina wines, soft music playing in the background, and a table set for connection, celebration, and joy.
Food is, of course, at the heart of The Reset Celebration, just as it has always been at the heart of Dimi's work. Finding someone who aligned with Dimi's vision, shared her passion for showcasing Riverina produce and was incredibly important.
Dimi is delighted to be collaborating with Noms by Alex, who will create the main course menu and help bring this beautiful dining experience to life, while Dimi brings her signature desserts to the table.
And the best part? All your new besties will be there!
On the day
With numbers intentionally limited to just 40 women, the day has been designed to allow plenty of time to slow down, connect and simply be present.
From the moment you arrive, Dimi will be there to welcome you with a drink in hand, ready to celebrate this special day together. We'll begin with a welcome drink and canapes before enjoying a guided walk through the beautiful Gidgee Estate flower farm.
From there, we'll gather around our thoughtfully styled table for a seasonal three-course lunch celebrating the best of Riverina produce, created by Noms by Alex and Dimi, accompanied by paired local wines and Dimi's signature desserts.
You'll also hear from two inspiring guest speakers with plenty of time to connect, share stories and celebrate together before the afternoon comes to a close..
We'll keep a few special touches under wraps, as we want there to be a little surprise and magic waiting for you on the day.
Gidgee Estate

The location will be a big part of this experience. It is a space that holds our energy and gently elevates it even more.
The Reset Celebration will be held at the beautiful Gidgee Estate, a space to slow down and embrace the stillness of country living. Surrounded by flowers and beautiful pockets of gold that will leave you flowing with inspiration and joy.
Getting to Temora
Nestled in the heart of the Riverina, Temora is a charming country town with easy access from many major centres. Located approximately 90km north of Wagga Wagga, it's around one hour from Wagga Wagga, 2.5 hours from Canberra, 4.5 hours from Sydney and 6 hours from Melbourne.
If you're travelling from Sydney or Melbourne, you can either enjoy a scenic drive or fly into Wagga Wagga, followed by a one-hour drive to Temora. Train services are also available via the XPT, with connecting bus services to Temora.
